A phrase that has been synonymous with our company since we relaunched with a new brand 5 years ago. Recently, we began the conversation of what “It” actually is and the different meanings it embodies for our clients, our employees, and overall culture of the firm.

For the past 93 years, as an independently owned and operated firm, we've understood that “It” had to—and still has to—mean something greater. We don't view business opportunities as mere transactions; we see them as chances to demonstrate our individual passion for success. That passion, that drive, is what “It” stands for.
