PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
Hunneman Real Estate is conducting a search for a PropertyAccountant with strong analytical and technical skills to join our team in Downtown Boston. This take-charge individual will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of properties for third party clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate and timely processing of all accounting and reporting aspects of a portfolio of properties.
- Prepare monthly financial packages and supplemental financial information for properties in his/her portfolio, which include but not limited to accruals, prepaids, depreciation and cash flow.
- Ensuring the timely payment and accurate recording of mortgage payments, real estate payments and insurance payments.
- Prepare annual financials and respond to questions pertaining to year-end work with outside auditors.
- Maintain cash books on a daily basis, which includes wiring distributions to investors.
- Provide Property Managers with cash analysis for determining payables to pay.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years’ experience in real estate accounting
- Proficient with excel as well as MRI, Yardi and Timberline
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Hunneman Real Estate is currently seeking a selfmotivated individual to support property managers overseeing large investment portfolios. This position is for a take charge individual capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, with a focus on superior client and building customer service which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The portfolio consists of commercial office, retail, and industrial investments.

Financial Analyst
Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will be part of the Capital Markets team and responsible for assisting the firm’s principals on analyzing real estate transactions. This will include Debt/Equity Placement, Investment Sales, and Leasing. The Financial Analyst will work with a group of brokers on each transaction to support the deal and bring the deal to completion.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analyses for Financing and Investment Sales deals. This includes modeling the deals in Argus and having a full understanding of the leasing, debt structures, expenses, capital costs and returns.
- Have a strong understanding of the debt markets, cost of capital and the placement of debt and equity.
- Assist leasing brokers with financial lease comparison analyses on behalf of tenants and landlords.
- Conduct property market research and intel on tenants and owners.
- Prepare detailed marketing presentations and memorandums for transaction.
- Maintain a database of investors, lenders and capital providers and help identify the correct capital source for each transaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- 1+ years' experience in commercial real estate.
- Argus certified.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products applications.
- A strong grasp of commercial real estate lending and loan economics.
- Exposure to financial statements, valuation models, waterfall structures and loan documents.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills required along with the ability to multi-task and bring individual issues to timely closure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team centered and results-driven environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A licensed Real Estate Broker.
