PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
Hunneman Real Estate is conducting a search for a PropertyAccountant with strong analytical and technical skills to join our team in Downtown Boston. This take-charge individual will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of properties for third party clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate and timely processing of all accounting and reporting aspects of a portfolio of properties.
- Prepare monthly financial packages and supplemental financial information for properties in his/her portfolio, which include but not limited to accruals, prepaids, depreciation and cash flow.
- Ensuring the timely payment and accurate recording of mortgage payments, real estate payments and insurance payments.
- Prepare annual financials and respond to questions pertaining to year-end work with outside auditors.
- Maintain cash books on a daily basis, which includes wiring distributions to investors.
- Provide Property Managers with cash analysis for determining payables to pay.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years’ experience in real estate accounting
- Proficient with excel as well as MRI, Yardi and Timberline
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Hunneman Real Estate is currently seeking a selfmotivated individual to support property managers overseeing large investment portfolios. This position is for a take charge individual capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, with a focus on superior client and building customer service which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The portfolio consists of commercial office, retail, and industrial investments.

Client Services Coordinator
Downtown Boston Real Estate firm is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our fast-paced, in-house marketing services team.
This is a role where you will work with the Marketing & Graphics Team and a team of brokers to create attention-grabbing materials utilizing strong typographical and design elements that can be applied across both motion graphics and traditional print media. Applicants need to possess the ability to assist in the creation of a wide range of marketing materials for corporate, promotional, presentations, and property specific sales efforts for our real estate brokerage teams. In addition to creative work, this role includes certain administrative and operational responsibilities to support the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and team workflows.
Our ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, exemplify a strong work ethic, be able to work quickly and efficiently with solid attention to detail and technical standards, all while working within branding requirements and project-specific guidelines.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Operational Duties
- Maintain & update listing information on broker properties
- Assist in preparation of transaction related documents (letters of intents, lease proposals, etc.)
- Assist brokers with inputting/designing/maintaining their databases
- Work with various real estate listing databases, listing services (i.e. CoStar, Realtrac, LoopNet and View the Space) to provide brokers with market survey information
- Assist Research Department with coordination of market data.
- Other office and administrative task under the direction of the Office Manger
Marketing/Graphics Duties
- Create/Assist with the production of presentation and marketing materials for new business assignments
- Prepare and maintain flyers and other material required by brokers for existing leasing or sales transactions
- Coordinate production of property ads, ordering of property signs, etc.
- Prepare co-broker, client prospect and tenant prospect mailings
- Assist with the promotion of closed real estate transactions including tombstone announcements and case studies
- Coordinate events related to brokerage assignments
- Broker open houses
- Client events
- Market events/speaking engagements
Qualifications:
Applicants will have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign. Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Minimum 1-3 years of office and marketing experience
- Ability to manage email communications systems and corporate contact database
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to take direction and follow through completion within a set deadline.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change.
- An interest in or previous experience with a Commercial Real Estate office a plus.
