We develop and maintain extensive relationships with local capital sources and complement them through our national affiliation with the Real Estate Capital Alliance (RECA). RECA is a national network of affiliated companies that generates approximately 5 billion in capital origination annually. Our access to local and national providers enables Hunneman to originate the most cost-effective capital for our clients.
