William Carr

Will is a Financial Analyst with Hunneman’s Investment Sales Team, where he underwrites properties across all asset classes and supports the firm’s leasing brokers through lease analysis. He also serves as an Associate Broker with Hunneman’s Downtown Leasing Team, providing support across the firm’s leasing and investment sales platforms.

Will earned a degree in Finance with a focus in Real Estate from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. While at UMass, he was involved with the Isenberg Real Estate Fund, where he helped facilitate the group’s first live investment. Will is ARGUS certified and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts.
