Stuart Pratt

From 1984 to 1998, Stuart served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Hunneman Real Estate Corporation, with over 2,500 employees and a combined operating income of over $150,000,000 per year. 

Prior to 1984, Stuart had various positions including Chief Executive Officer of Federal Street Equities, Inc., a syndication and development firm based in Houston, Texas, Executive Vice President of W.C. Codman & Son, Inc, and President of Hunneman Commercial Company.

Stuart has accumulated substantial experience in the commercial real estate business during the last twenty-five years and is actively involved in all facets of the industry. His experience includes ownership, management, development, and redevelopment of office, industrial, retail and residential properties located in Greater Boston, Northern New England, Florida, and Texas. His extensive management and development experience include development, ownership and/or syndication of nearly $250,000,000 of commercial real estate.

Stuart is a professional member in the Society of Industrial Realtors. where he has served as a Director as well as being on the National Education Committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds a CCIM designation. Stuart holds a B.A. and a M.A. from Boston University and the Wharton School of Business, respectively.
