Stuart F. Pratt

Stuart oversees a portfolio of mixed use office, retail, and industrial assets totaling in excess of 700,000 square feet, with a focus primarily in the Boston and surrounding areas. These assets comprise a total value of approximately $100 million dollars. His focus is on customer satisfaction of both building owners and more importantly, building tenants. He oversees developing, implementing and monitoring operating budgets, negotiating service contracts, supervising building staff and numerous capital improvement projects such as: upgrading operating systems, enhancement of common areas, and replacement of various equipment and machinery.

Stuart manages commercial, office and retail buildings for institutional clients, private investors, and family trusts. He manages budget preparation and administration, financial reporting, contract negotiations, coordination of capital projects, and tenant relations. Stuart oversees administrative staff, maintenance personnel and building vendors; and assembles, negotiates and analyzes contractor bids for all building services. He also assists assigned brokers in marketing and leasing efforts.
