Mark Hall

Mark brings to Hunneman more than 25 years of experience in managing, originating, structuring, and completing real estate transactions, including acquisition of debt and all types of REO assets. He oversees the company’s strategic direction and new business development in the CMBS special servicing and the financial industries.

Since 1996 Hunneman's Capital Markets Group, under the direction of Mark, has represented some of the largest U.S. and international financial institutions, institutional investors, private owners, and developers in the purchase, restructuring, and sale of commercial real estate mortgages and mortgage instruments.

Prior to joining Hunneman, Mr. Hall was a Vice President at First Winthrop and Winthrop Financial where he oversaw and directed a team which syndicated over $500 million in privately placed equity. Mark earned his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and his M.S. from Suffolk University.
