Kelly Golden

As Senior Vice President of Hunneman’s Property Management team, Kelly is responsible for the asset management services of a portfolio over 2M square feet in the office, life science, and industrial space. She focuses on business development and client relationships; compliance and best practices; and the review of financial reports, budgets, CAM and training.

With extensive experience in commercial assets, property management, vendor and client relations, strategic planning, budgeting, tenant improvements project, P&L, regulatory compliance and leadership, Kelly has a demonstrated track record of success in cultivating high-performing teams to manage mixed-use buildings, large budgets, and asset profitability.

With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Kelly previously was Director of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield overseeing multiple portfolios, consisting of office, lab, life science, industrial, and data center properties totaling over 3M square feet.

Kelly holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rhode Island and is USGBC LEED Green Associate certified.
