Joseph Henry

Joseph provides oversight of a portfolio of properties primarily located south of Boston. His current portfolio consists of 1.3M square feet of office and industrial space. Additionally, Joseph is responsible for developing and implementing operating budgets, preparing comprehensive financial reporting for clients, and the oversight of capital improvement projects.

Prior to joining Hunneman, Joseph was with The Hamilton Company for 15 years and was a senior member of the Commercial Division responsible for the financial and operational functions of a 1.1M square foot portfolio, comprised of a diverse mix of medical, office, retail, and warehouse spaces.

Joseph earned his B.A. from Boston College.
