Jonathan Pezzoni

Jon Pezzoni is a Principal and a Senior Vice President with Hunneman's Leasing & Advisory team, specializing in the leasing and sales of office, industrial, and R&D properties throughout Greater Boston. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Jon represents landlords, tenants, and developers across the Metro West and I-495 West & South submarkets, developing tailored strategies that maximize asset value and achieve his clients' real estate objectives.

In addition to his brokerage experience, Jon serves as Vice Chair and Secretary of the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the Westborough Planning Board and Zoning Review Committee, where he supports economic development and planning initiatives throughout the Metro West region.

Prior to joining Hunneman, Jon served as a Senior Vice President at Avison Young. Since 2014, he has advised a diverse range of clients on leasing and investment strategies, earning a reputation for his market expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering successful outcomes. Jon has a B.S in Business Management and Finance from Providence College.
