Jess Nelson
Jess is a Client Services Coordinator, working within the Marketing team while supporting the Urban Advisory Group and Investment Sales teams.
As a Client Services Coordinator she works with her teams developing marketing collateral for listings, including brochures, email blasts, and proposals; inputting and maintaining accurate information in commercial databases; preparing invoices; and planning and executing broker events and open houses. She also works within the Marketing department collaborating on creative and marketing content, and manages Hunneman social media accounts.
Additionally, Jess works with leadership coordinating company events, and is administrative support for Hunneman Cares Charity committee.
Prior, Jess interned for Hunneman with the Research and Marketing team and then began her career as an Office Coordinator.
Jess has a B.A. in Marketing with a core focus in Sociology from Providence College.
