Jay Burns

As Senior Vice President of Hunneman’s Property Management team, Jay is responsible for the asset management services of a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet in office and industrial space. His management expertise extends nationally, as his portfolio's territory ranges from Mid-Atlantic to New England investment-based assets.

With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience at Avison Young, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and The Codman Company coupled with his academic background in real estate studies, Jay has proven himself as a leader in the industry.

Jay holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont.
