Gina Barroso

Gina Barroso is a Vice President on Hunneman's Investment Sales team, where she advises clients on the marketing, valuation, and execution of commercial real estate transactions across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her work spans a broad range of property types, including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, land, and specialty assets, and over the past five years she has been involved in more than 100 transactions totaling over $750 million in volume.

Clients rely on Gina to manage the transaction process from beginning to end, from shaping marketing strategy and preparing Broker Opinion of Value assignments to coordinating due diligence and closing. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate what a deal needs next keep transactions moving efficiently and give clients a consistent, well-managed experience from initial engagement through closing.

Gina is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and holds a B.A. from Western New England University.
