David Ross

David Ross is an Executive Vice President with Hunneman’s Investment Sales & Capital Markets Group. As an investment advisor, he specializes in the disposition, valuation, strategy and marketing for a range of investment properties, as well as being a “market maker” for real estate debt. Additionally, David is currently responsible for the implementation of Hunneman Commercial’s growth and strategic planning. 

After more than 20 years with Hunneman, David is widely recognized as one of the foremost experts in Investment Sales in Greater New England. He has completed sales transactions and investment advisory assignments totaling in excess of over $10 billion worth of assets. David earned degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology and Boston University.
