Dan is a senior member of Hunneman’s Capital Markets Group, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and marketing of investment-grade commercial real estate. With more than 28 years of experience, he has built a strong reputation representing multifamily, office, and retail property owners throughout Greater Boston and Southern New England.

Over the past decade, Dan has been directly involved in 113 investment sales totaling more than $639 million. His notable transactions include the $38 million sale of a six-building Newbury Street portfolio, the $63+ million sale of a 16-building, 113-unit portfolio across Boston’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods, and the $27.5 million sale of a 52-unit multifamily portfolio in Boston’s South End.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked alongside his longtime colleague, Carl Christie, completing hundreds of investment sales across Boston’s urban core and suburban markets throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Southern New Hampshire. Their extensive market knowledge, strategic marketing approach, and transaction expertise have consistently delivered exceptional results for private investors, institutions, and family offices.

Dan is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
