Bill Rand

Bill is a Senior Vice President with Hunneman’s Investment Sales & Capital Markets Group. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and the placement of debt and equity across industrial, office, and multifamily assets. His corporate advisory work spans portfolio strategy, disposition planning, and real estate advisement in connection with M&A transactions, with active deal experience across the country.

Bill earned his degree in Finance with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, at the Isenberg School of Management. He earned his Commercial Real Estate Analysis & Investment certificate from MIT School of Architecture and Planning.

Bill is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts and is actively involved with many real estate organizations. He is a member of the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA). He is also a member of the Real Estate Capital Alliance (RECA), a collaborative network of 20 independently owned capital advisory firms across the nation.
