Dan is an integral member of Hunneman’s Capital Markets Group, specializing in the analysis, marketing, and sale of investment-grade properties. With 24 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, Dan has honed his expertise in multifamily, office, and retail assets.

Over the past 10 years alone, Dan has played a pivotal role in over 150 sales transactions, totaling more than $750million in value. Among his recent achievements, Dan orchestrated the notable Boston portfolio sale comprising sixteen buildings and 113 units in the prestigious Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods. Additionally, he facilitated the sale of a 30-unit apartment building located at 94-108 Pearl Street in Cambridge, as well as a 25-unit apartment and retail building situated at 3383 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain.
