Stephen Prozinski

Steve brings 34 years of experience in the Boston commercial real estate landscape, and specifically for the past 8 years of leading the Hunneman team of over 80 real estate professionals including leasing, finance, investment sales, and management. Steve oversees all company operations, accounting, and administration. Prior to joining Hunneman, Steve CEO and President of The Codman Company and Managing Principal Newmark Knight Frank.

Additionally, he oversees the Property Management Division, which currently manages over 20 million square feet and includes more than 35 employees. Property Management clients include a vast group of institutional, private, family trust, and local investors.

Steve works with all facets of the Hunneman team and is focused on the culture, growth and overall client experience, ensuring that our clients receive an unprecedented level of professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, and integrity.

Steve earned a B.S. in accounting from the Montana Tech in Butte, MT. Previously, Steve lived in Ashland, MA for 27 years and now lives with his wife, and his dog named Griz in Charleston, MA. Steve is active in various charities including local sports teams, the Crossroads School, Hunneman Cares and serves on the board of the Cole Strange Foundation.
