Peter Bean

Peter brings his 24+ years of experience to Hunneman as Executive Vice President & Principal on the downtown brokerage team, providing strategic advisory services to landlords and tenants. Peter has developed trusted, long term relationships spanning two decades servicing clients in the technology, financial, non-profit, service and educational sectors.

Prior to joining Hunneman, Peter spent 5 years as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Realty Advisors and 15 years with GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners and NGKF.

Peter has a B.A. from Villanova University, served for 12 years on the Board of Directors at Samaritans and coached Westwood Girls Youth Lacrosse from 2016-2020.
