Ned Halloran

Ned Halloran is a Senior Vice President with Hunneman’s Suburban Team, specializing in advising landlords and tenants in the leasing and sales of office, industrial, flex and R&D space. Prior to joining Hunneman, Ned was a Senior Managing Director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Boston office where he concentrated on the southern and western suburbs. He spent 10 years at Lincoln Property Company, where he was a member of the brokerage group and also played a key role in identifying and evaluating development opportunities. Over the course of his career, Ned has been involved in transactions totaling millions of square feet throughout Greater Boston.

Ned earned his B.A. from Union College and is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), and MassEcon.
